Aunt Jaime's Visit

Aunt Jaime came from Atlanta for a quick weekend visit! Even though it was a fast weekend, it was so nice to hang out and play. We took her to the zoo on Saturday morning so Ethan could show her all of his favorite animals. Ethan especially likes the orangutans and the spider monkeys.

Ethan is getting such an imagination! As we watched the animals he would point to them and say, "That one's you Momma, that one's Daddy, that one's me! That one is you Aunt Jaime!"

After the zoo, we went for lunch at Le Gran Orange (followed by a stop next door at the gelato shop), where Ethan stuck his tooth-pics from his grilled cheese in his cantelope and sang "Happy Birthday to me!" Then he proceeded to pretend to blow out his "candles!"

We had such a great visit with silly Aunt Jaime. Now, every time Ethan sees an airplane he says, "See that airplane Momma? Aunt Jaime on that airplane!"
